synopsis:

Bahriya is a peaceful, underwater city populated by fish
and sea creatures, until the day when a barrel, come from the surface and filled with a chemical substance, falls into the bad hands of Bakoum, a weak creature nevertheless with megalomaniac tendencies. By using this chemical, the latter discovers that this substance causes amnesia in its consumer who becomes his slave.
In a short time, Bakoum extended his power over the city of Bahriya, until the day when he fell in love with the pretty Lilya who repulsed him, but the latter kidnapped her.
Ben Sardine, Lilya's lover helped by his friends will face Bakoum and his insane henchmen to recover his sweetheart and save the city from the claws (of pliers) of this ruthless tyrant
